(Please consider sharing this resource with your patients. I had successfully used audiobooks in therapy that I previewed earlier, and recommended to my patients. During the therapy hours I had discussed the tape and how it was relevant in my clients' case. This made the therapy more effective. Although I consider myself fairly good in providing therapy it would have been silly of competing with the thoroughness of the audiobook/or the self help books. Everybody gained, the patients, and by gaining reputation, me as well. Recomending, and discussing self-help resources with your clients can be a winner!!!)
